A technical isopropyl workshop started after reconstruction in “Ethylene-Polyethylene” plant. The staff of “Azerkimya” Production Union of SOCAR has successfully begun a new year. A number of important innovations have been included in the technological scheme during the capital repairs by experts of “Chemistryproject” Institute which is included in the structure of “Azerkimya” Production Union. These innovations have been directed to increasing productivity and quality, safety equipment service, and maximum cleanness of the environment.
The first party of the product which had been produced in main technological device is ready. This effective device had been produced by German firm of “Lurge”.
Updating of technological lines for processing of raw materials and primary products and energy lines which was deformed and laden with corrosion, serves accurate and continuous operation of workshop. Such cases had caused a decrease in temperature and pressure, violation of the technological regime and it resulted with worsening of product’s quality.
One of the significant factors of modernization is that the useful area of the workshop was reduced 25 percent and it became more compact. It serves to ensure a more prompt and quality service for equipment by technical staff and increase production culture. The free territory will be used for more new and modern devices.
